Global Cooking Systems® warrants all of our products to be free from any defect in material and workmanship for a 2 year parts and labor warranty from date of installation or for 30 months from date of purchase to original purchaser.

This warranty becomes valid upon completion of the Supervised Installation and New Equipment Startup performed by a Global Cooking Systems® authorized Service Agent.

Warranty does not cover any failures that are a direct result of shipping, handling, fire, water damage (flood), accident, misuse, abuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, acts of God, attempted repair by unauthorized persons, improper installation, use of non-genuine (generic) replacement parts, improper or inadequate utility supply and/or ventilation.

Under no circumstances will Global Cooking Systems® be liable for any loss, lost revenue, damage, direct or consequential, or for damages in the nature of penalties arising out of the use, or inability to use any of its products.

No Quibble Warranty

We have faith in our ovens and our ability to handle any issues that may occur and to back this statement up we are providing our customers with a No Quibble Warranty that simply means:

If a customer calls with a problem involving any of our products we will rectify it, no charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (USA and Canada only).

Our No Quibble Warranty means there will be no charge to the customer for the call, travel or premium time.  If the problem turns out to be that the unit is unplugged, the fuses have tripped, the gas is shut off, or even if the customer does not know how to operate the equipment it will be covered under warranty.
